  WB analysis using 83352-1-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83352-1-RR (FGR antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of Raji using 83352-1-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Raji cells using FGR antibody (83352-1-RR, Clone: 240275E5 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

  FC experiment of Raji using 83352-1-RR

  1x10^6 Raji cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug FGR Recombinant antibody (83352-1-RR, Clone:240275E5) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83352-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83352-1-RR against Human FGR were performed. The affinity constant is 0.139 nM.

FGR (Tyrosine-protein kinase Fgr) is a member of the Src family of protein tyrosine kinases (PTKs). It's contains N-terminal sites for myristylation and palmitylation, a PTK domain, and SH2 and SH3 domains which are involved in mediating protein-protein interactions with phosphotyrosine-containing and proline-rich motifs, respectively.
