  WB analysis using 19163-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19163-1-AP (FKBP6 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of MCF-7 using 19163-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed MCF-7 cells using FKBP6 antibody (19163-1-AP) at dilution of 1:600 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).
