  WB analysis of mouse lung using 67019-1-Ig

  mouse lung tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67019-1-Ig (FMO2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of A549 using 67019-1-Ig

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed A549 cells using FMO2 antibody (67019-1-Ig, Clone: 3F1F7 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: Mauslungengewebe, A549-Zellen, Hausschwein-Lungengewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lungenkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: A549-Zellen
