  1x10^6 SH-SY5Y cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Foxk2 Recombinant Antibody (83735-5-RR, Clone:240692D6) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

  1x10^6 HEK-293T cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Foxk2 Recombinant Antibody (83735-5-RR, Clone:240692D6) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Plazenta-Gewebe, humanes Kolongewebe, humanes Magenkrebsgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: A431-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in FC (Intra): HEK-293T-Zellen, SH-SY5Y-Zellen
