  Raji cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66337-1-Ig (FOXN1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66337-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse thymus tissue slide using 66337-1-Ig (FOXN1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66337-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1X10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human FOXN1 (66337-1-Ig, Clone:1D8B12) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (MOPC-21) (65124-1-Ig, Clone: MOPC-21) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66337-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

FOXN1, also named as Forkhead box protein N1, is a 648 amino acid protein, which contains 1 fork-head DNA-binding domain and localizes in the nucleus. FOXN1 as transcriptional regulator regulates the development, differentiation, and function of thymic epithelial cells (TECs) both in the prenatal and postnatal thymus. FOXN1 acts as a master regulator of the TECs lineage development and is required from the onset of differentiation in progenitor TECs in the developing fetus to the final differentiation steps through which TECs mature to acquire their full functionality.
