  WB analysis using 25399-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25399-1-AP (FOXN3 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of U2OS using 25399-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using FOXN3 antibody (25399-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

Hintergrundinformationen

As transcriptional regulators, the FOX protein family regulates the development of tissues, embryos as well as carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. Forkhead box N3 (FOXN3), also known as checkpoint suppressor 1 (CHES1), is initially identified from yeast and belongs to the FOX protein family as it contains a conserved FOX DNA binding domain in its N-terminal(PMID: 36450706). FOXN3 had been dysregulated in many types of malignancies including melanoma, osteosarcoma, hepatocellular carcinoma and breast cancer, and its expression level is strongly associated with progression and prognosis of patients(PMID: 31214487).
