Excellent antibody for detecting the very large FRAS1 protein in western blot! We used it at a dilution of 1:5000, to detect FRAS1 in prostate cancer cell lysates and woked out great. We confirmed specificity by comparing parental vs. FRAS1 knockout and knock down cells. Highly recomend it
