  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 10623-1-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10623-1-AP (FUBP3 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of HEK-293 using 10623-1-AP

  IP result of anti-FUBP3 (IP:10623-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:10623-1-AP 1:500) with HEK-293 cells lysate 1800ug.

• 

  IHC staining of human prostate cancer using 10623-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human prostate cancer using 10623-1-AP (FUBP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 25x lens).

Hintergrundinformationen

FUBP3, also named as Far upstream element-binding protein 3, is a 572 amino acid protein, which is detected in a number of cell lines and localizes in the nucleus. FUBP3 may interact with single-stranded DNA from the far-upstream element (FUSE) and activate gene expression. FUBP3 exists some isoforms with MV 62 kDa and 28 kDa.
