    1x10^6 Transfected HEK-293T cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 647-conjugated DYKDDDDK tag Monoclonal antibody (Binds to FLAG® tag epitope) (CL647-66008, Clone:8H6A10). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
