  A549 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67023-1-Ig (Frizzled 9 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HUVEC-Zellen, A549-Zellen, fetales humanes Hirngewebe, HeLa-Zellen, NCI-H1299-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Gliomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HEK-293-Zellen
