  WB analysis of K-562 using 22549-1-AP

  WB result of GAB2 antibody (22549-1-AP; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-GAB2 transfected K-562 cells.

• 

  WB analysis using 22549-1-AP

  K-562 cells lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22549-1-AP (GAB2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse spleen using 22549-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse spleen tissue slide using 22549-1-AP (GAB2 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IHC staining of mouse spleen using 22549-1-AP

  IF Staining of K-562 using 22549-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed K-562 cells using GAB2 antibody (22549-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).
