  IF Staining of MCF-7 using 83808-2-RR (same clone as 83808-2-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MCF-7 cells using GATA3 antibody (83808-2-RR, Clone: 240684B8 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83808-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of Jurkat using 83808-2-RR (same clone as 83808-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug GATA3 Recombinant antibody (83808-2-RR, Clone:240684B8) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83808-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of U937 using 83808-2-RR (same clone as 83808-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 U937 were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug GATA3 Recombinant antibody (83808-2-RR, Clone:240684B8) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue).   ChIP experiment of MCF-7 using 83808-2-RR (same clone as 83808-2-PBS)

  Chromatin was prepared from MCF-7 cells. Cells were fixed with formaldehyde for 10 minutes. The ChIP was performed with 20 µg of cross-linked chromatin, 5 µg of GATA3 (83808-2-RR) or 5 ug of Normal Rabbit IgG (98136-1-RR), and 20 µl of Protein A Magarose Beads. The immunoprecipitated DNA was quantified by real-time PCR. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83808-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

GATA3 is a transcriptional factor that binds to the enhancer elements of all 4 T-cell antigen receptor genes. GATA3 is highly expressed in naive, freshly activated cells and Th2 lineage cells and thought to be necessary and sufficient for Th2 cytokine gene expression. GATA3 and TBET interfer with each other to regulate gene expression. This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against part of C-terminus of human GATA3.
