  WB analysis using 27299-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27299-1-AP (GBP2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HeLa using 27299-1-AP

  WB result of GBP2 antibody (27299-1-AP; 1:2000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-GBP2 transfected HeLa cells.

• 

  WB analysis of HeLa using 27299-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27299-1-AP (GBP2 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: A375-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen, Mausmilzgewebe, Rattenmilzgewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Milzgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
