  WB analysis of Jurkat using 17293-1-AP

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17293-1-AP (GIMAP7 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of Jurkat using 17293-1-AP

  IP result of anti-GIMAP7 (IP:17293-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:17293-1-AP 1:800) with Jurkat cells lysate 1080ug.

• 

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 17293-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells, using GIMAP7 antibody 17293-1-AP at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).

Hintergrundinformationen

GIMAP7, also known as hIAN7 or IAN 7, is a transmembrane protein located in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus. GIMAP7 can promote oxidative stress and apoptosis in ovarian granulosa cells in Polycystic ovary syndrome by inhibiting the SHH signalling pathway(PMID: 36581994). The MW of this protein is 34 kDa, and this antibody specially recognises the 34 kDa protein.
