  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68451-1-Ig (GIMAP7 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68451-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

GIMAP7, also known as hIAN7 or IAN 7, is a transmembrane protein located in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus. GIMAP7 can promote oxidative stress and apoptosis in ovarian granulosa cells in Polycystic ovary syndrome by inhibiting the SHH signalling pathway(PMID: 36581994). The MW of this protein is 34 kDa, and this antibody specially recognises the 34 kDa protein.
