• 

  WB analysis using 28322-1-AP

  HT-1080 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28322-1-AP (GIPR antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28322-1-AP (GIPR antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 28322-1-AP (GIPR antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HT-1080.Zellen, K-562-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushirngewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
