  WB analysis using 68242-1-Ig (same clone as 68242-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68242-1-Ig (GLO1 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68242-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed HeLa cells using GLO1 antibody (68242-1-Ig, Clone: 1B7A8 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68242-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 68242-1-Ig (same clone as 68242-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug GLO1 Monoclonal antibody (68242-1-Ig, Clone:1B7A8) and CoraLite488-conjugated Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L)( SA00013-5)(red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (C1.18.4) (65208-1-Ig, Clone: C1.18.4) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68242-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
