  WB analysis using 14462-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14462-1-AP (GLUD2 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HepG2 using 14462-1-AP

  WB result of GLUD2 antibody (14462-1-AP; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-GLUD2 transfected HepG2 cells.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Prostatakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen
