  WB analysis using 67007-1-Ig (same clone as 67007-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67007-1-Ig (GNAI2 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67007-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using 67007-1-Ig (GNAI2 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 and CoraLite488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67007-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

GNAI2, also named as GNAI2B, belongs to the G-alpha family. G(i/o/t/z) subfamily. Guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) are involved as modulators or transducers in various transmembrane signaling systems. The G(i) proteins are involved in hormonal regulation of adenylate cyclase: they inhibit the cyclase in response to beta-adrenergic stimuli. GNAI2 is 93% homolog to GNAI1, 94% to GNAI3, 85% to GNAT3, 82% to GNAT2.
