This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 55167-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 55167-1-AP (same clone as 55167-1-PBS)

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human GNAT1 (55167-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 55167-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

GNAT1, also named as GNATR, belongs to the G-alpha family and G(i/o/t/z) subfamily. Guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) are involved as modulators or transducers in various transmembrane signaling systems. Transducin is an amplifier and one of the transducers of a visual impulse that performs the coupling between rhodopsin and cGMP-phosphodiesterase. Defects in GNAT1 are the cause of congenital stationary night blindness autosomal dominant type 3 (CSNBAD3). This antibody is specific to GNAT1.
