  WB analysis using 11693-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11693-1-AP (GNG2 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human stomach using 11693-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach tissue slide using 11693-1-AP (GNG2 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Magengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Gγ2 subunit (Gng2/GNG2) is one of subunits of the Gβγ-dimer composing heterotrimeric G protein with a Gα-subunit. Heterotrimeric G protein has been reported to be involved in various biological activities including cell proliferation, differentiation, invasion and angiogenesis. It is expressed in a range of foetal tissues as well as adult testis, adrenal gland, brain, white blood cells and lung.
