  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 14047-1-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14047-1-AP (GPR116 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night.

• 

  WB analysis of Y79 using 14047-1-AP

  Y79 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14047-1-AP (GPR116 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Nierengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
