  WB analysis using 15258-1-AP

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15258-1-AP (GSG1 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of mouse testis using 15258-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed mouse testis tissue using GSG1 antibody (15258-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
