  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL647-15902

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 647 GSTP1 antibody (CL647-15902) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL647-15902

  1X10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human GSTP1 (CL647-15902) (red), or 0.2 ug Rabbit IgG CL647 (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
