(*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

GTDC1 (glycosyltransferase-like domain containing 1) encodes a putative glycosyltransferase, whose expression is particularly enriched in the nervous system. GTDC1 glycosylation finely tunes a myriad of neural functions, such as neurite outgrowth, axon guidance, synaptogenesis, membrane excitability, neurotransmission, and neuroinflammation (PMID: 38605125).
