  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Transfected HEK-293 cells using HA Tag antibody (81290-1-RR, Clone: 6I21 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 81290-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of Transfected HEK-293 using 81290-1-RR (same clone as 81290-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 Transfected HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug HA Tag Recombinant antibody (81290-1-RR, Clone:6I21) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), and 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 81290-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 81290-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 81290-1-RR against a protein with HA tag were performed. The affinity constant is 0.766 nM.
