  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25940-1-AP (HAL antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Hautgewebe, Maushautgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

HAL, also named as Histidase and HIS, catalyzes the nonoxidative elimination of the α-amino group of histidine. It is closely related to the important plant enzyme phenylalanine ammonia-lyase. HAL has some isoforms with MW 73 kDa, 65 kDa and 49 kDa.
