  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25728-1-AP (HBG1 antibody) at dilution of 1:8000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP result of anti-HBG1 (IP:25728-1-AP, 3ug; Detection:25728-1-AP 1:300) with K-562 cells lysate 2000ug.
