  WB analysis using 67646-1-Ig (same clone as 67646-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67646-1-Ig (HDAC10 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67646-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67646-1-Ig (HDAC10 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Alpha Tubulin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66031) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67646-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of Jurkat using 67646-1-Ig (same clone as 67646-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Jurkat cells using HDAC10 antibody (67646-1-Ig, Clone: 1A1B11 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67646-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of MCF-7 using 67646-1-Ig (same clone as 67646-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed MCF-7 cells using HDAC10 antibody (67646-1-Ig, Clone: 1A1B11 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67646-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

HDAC10, also named as Histone deacetylase 10, is a 669 amino acid protein, which is widely expressed with high levels in liver and kidney. HDAC10, which belongs to the class IIb subfamily, has an active deacetylase domain (DAC) and a catalytically inactive leucine-rich domain (LRD). HDAC10 is determined that it plays a role in homologous recombination, promotes autophagy and survival in neuroblastoma cells, suppresses cervical cancer metastasis and facilitates the cell cycle.
