  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84952-5-RR (HERC4 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 84952-5-RR (HERC4 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using HERC4 antibody (84952-5-RR, Clone: 242599B7 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84952-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84952-5-RR against Human HERC4 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.51 nM.

HERC4, also known as HECT and RLD domain containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 4, is a protein encoded by the HERC4 gene in humans. HERC4 is a novel member of HERC family. The mRNA of HERC4 has been found in all examined tissues, with its levels being significantly higher in the brain and testis than in the placenta and heart. (PMID: 28430527)
