  WB analysis using 18188-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 18188-1-AP (HIST1H1T antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse testis using 18188-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 18188-1-AP (HIST1H1T antibody) at dilution of 1:800 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using HIST1H1T antibody (18188-1-AP) at dilution of 1:800 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

This antibody did not work in our hands to detect H1t or any other specific nuclear structure on mouse spermatocyte nuclear spreads, contrary to a previously published paper that used it and was able to detect H1t on same type of samples.
