  WB analysis using 16109-1-AP

  Raji cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16109-1-AP (HLA-DPA1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16109-1-AP (HLA-DPA1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human tonsillitis using 16109-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsillitis tissue slide using 16109-1-AP (HLA-DPA1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: Raji-Zellen, Mausmilzgewebe, Rattenmilzgewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Tonsillitisgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:1000-1:4000
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
