  WB analysis using 16109-1-AP

  Raji cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16109-1-AP (HLA-DPA1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16109-1-AP (HLA-DPA1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  FC experiment of Raji using 16109-1-AP

  1X10^6 Raji cells were stained with 0.20 ug Anti-Human HLA-DPA1 (16109-1-AP) (red) or 0.20 ug control antibody (blue) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000. Cells were fixed with90% MeOH.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: Raji-Zellen, Mausmilzgewebe, Rattenmilzgewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Tonsillitisgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in FC: Raji-Zellen

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:1000-1:4000
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
• Durchflusszytometrie (FC): FC : 0.20 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
