  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15862-1-AP (HLA-DRB1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Immunfluoreszenz (IF)/ICC: IF/ICC : 1:200-1:800
