  1x10^6 Caco-2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug HNF1B Recombinant antibody (84684-5-RR, Clone:242120H8) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84684-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84684-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84684-5-RR against Human HNF1B were performed. The affinity constant is 13.5 nM.

Hintergrundinformationen

Hepatocyte nuclear factor-1-beta(HNF1B), or transcription factor-2(TCF2), is a member of the homeodomain-containing superfamily of transcription factors. Early expression of HNF1B(12533-1-AP) is seen in the kidney, liver, pancreas, thymus, lung, gut and genital tract. HNF1B can be a homodimer or a heterodimer with HNF1A. It's a transcription factor, probably by binding to the inverted palindrome 5'-GTTAATNATTAAC-3', and as a bookmarking factor that marks target genes for rapid transcriptional reactivation after mitosis.
