  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25142-1-AP (HNRNPA3 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Works well in ICC and WB in human cells. Also gives a weak but specific signal in the mouse CNS tissue (spinal cord). WB: 4% milk in TBST and semi-dry transfer; detects a double band at ~55kDa ICC: 5% goat serum in PBST; mainly nuclear IHC: 4% PFA fixed and paraffinised sections; standard antigen retrieval and DAB detection; mainly nuclear Used at 1:1000, with incubation overnight at 4C, in all applications
