  WB analysis using 31175-1-AP (same clone as 31175-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31175-1-AP (HNRNPAB antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31175-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of mouse liver using 31175-1-AP (same clone as 31175-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse liver tissue slide using 31175-1-AP (HNRNPAB antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31175-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using HNRNPAB antibody (31175-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-phalloidin (red). Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein AB (HNRNPAB) is a member of the hnRNP family involved in multiple forms of transcriptional control. It plays an important role in normal biological processes and tumor development and progression. HNRNPAB acts as a direct transcriptional target of c-Myc and promotes G1/S cell cycle progression and cell proliferation via CDK4(PMID: 36657708).
