  WB analysis of HeLa using 14974-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14974-1-AP (HNRNPF Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Hintergrundinformationen

HNRNPF, also named as Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F,is a 415 amino acid portein, which contains 3 RRM (RNA recognition motif) domains. HNRNPF is expressed ubiquitously in various tissues and localizes in the nucleus. HNRNPF is a component of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) complexes which provide the substrate for the processing events that pre-mRNAs undergo before becoming functional, translatable mRNAs in the cytoplasm. HNRNPF plays a role in the regulation of alternative splicing events.

Incubation ON at 4C, in 5% goat serum/PBST. Gives nuclear signal but quite weak, some cytoplasmic staining also.
