  WB analysis using 67701-1-Ig (same clone as 67701-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67701-1-Ig (HNRNPF antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67701-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using HNRNPF antibody (67701-1-Ig, Clone: 2E7A4 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67701-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

HNRNPF, also named as Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F,is a 415 amino acid portein, which contains 3 RRM (RNA recognition motif) domains. HNRNPF is expressed ubiquitously in various tissues and localizes in the nucleus. HNRNPF is a component of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) complexes which provide the substrate for the processing events that pre-mRNAs undergo before becoming functional, translatable mRNAs in the cytoplasm. HNRNPF plays a role in the regulation of alternative splicing events.
