  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26497-1-AP (HOXA10 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

HoxA10 expression increases during the midsecretory phase of the menstrual cycle, which corresponds with increased levels of circulating progesterone.
