  WB analysis of human placenta using 11035-1-AP

  human placenta tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11035-1-AP (HPGD antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Hintergrundinformationen

HPGD, also named as PGDH (15-hydroxyprostaglandin dehydrogenase), a prostaglandin-degrading enzyme that physiologically antagonizes COX-2 (PMID:15574495). HPGD inhibits in vivo proferation of colon cancer cells (PMID:24760190). HPGD has five isoforms with the molecular mass of 29, 21, 19, 16 and 15 kDa.
