  WB analysis of human placenta using 22189-1-AP

  human placenta tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22189-1-AP (HTR1B antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

HTR1B is one of the several different receptors for 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin), a biogenic hormone that functions as a neurotransmitter, a hormone, and a mitogen. The activity of HTR1B is mediated by G proteins that inhibit adenylate cyclase activity.
