  WB analysis of NIH/3T3 using 82989-4-RR

  Cobalt Chloride treated NIH/3T3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82989-4-RR (Hif1a antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82989-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82989-4-RR against Mouse Hif1a were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
