  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85035-2-RR (ICOS antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse spleen tissue slide using 85035-2-RR (ICOS/CD278 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Binding ICOS to ICOS-ligand (ICOS-L) activates a cascade of intracellular signaling molecules that prevent apoptosis and lead to the production of cytokines such as IL-4 and IL-13.
