  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98214-1-RR

  1x10^6 untreated or PHA treated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human ICOS/CD278 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98214-1-RR, Clone: 241770G11) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were co-stained with APC Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (APC-65569, Clone: OKT3). Cells were not fixed.

  1x10^6 PHA treated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human ICOS/CD278 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98214-1-RR, Clone: 241770G11) (red) or Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). 1x10^6 untreated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human ICOS/CD278 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98214-1-RR, Clone: 241770G11) (black, dashed). Cells were not fixed.

Binding ICOS to ICOS-ligand (ICOS-L) activates a cascade of intracellular signaling molecules that prevent apoptosis and lead to the production of cytokines such as IL-4 and IL-13.
