  WB analysis using 83094-1-RR (same clone as 83094-1-PBS)

  Recombinant protein IL-12 p70(Eg0575) was subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83094-1-RR (IL-12 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83094-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

IL-12 is a heterodimeric cytokine composed of two glycosylated and disulfide-linked subunits (p40 cysteine-linked to p35). IL-12 is a potent regulator of cell mediated immune responses and it induces IFN-gamma production by NK and T cells. It is produced by activated monocytes/macrophage cells, B lymphocytes, and connective tissue type mast cells.
