  FC experiment of Transfected HEK-293T using 98336-2-RR (same clone as 98336-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 HEK-293T cells (left) or IL-3RB/CD131-transfected HEK-293T cells (right) were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human IL-3 R Beta/CD131 Rabbit RecAb (98336-2-RR, Clone:241823B12) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98336-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

IL-3RB/CD131, also known as CSF2RB, is the common subunit of the type I cytokine receptors for granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), interleukin (IL)-3 and IL-5. CD131 is expressed on various immune cells, including hematopoietic progenitor cells, granulocytes, monocytes, macrophages, eosinophils, and mast cells, which plays a crucial role in mediating the effects of cytokines (PMID: 18412971). Tregs of healthy donors constitutively transcribe CSF2RB, but protein expression was much higher after TCR stimulation (PMID: 36532080, 3557440).
