  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98074-1-RR (same clone as 98074-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were stained with CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (CL647-65569, Clone: OKT3) and 0.25 ug Anti-Human IL-7Ra/CD127 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98074-1-RR, Clone:240749H2), or Isotype Control. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98074-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human IL-7Ra/CD127 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98074-1-RR, Clone:240749H2) (red), or Isotype Control(blue). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98074-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human IL-7Ra/CD127 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98074-1-RR, Clone:240749H2) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), and 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (CL647-65569, Clone: OKT3), and 0.25 ug Isotype Control. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98074-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98074-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98074-1-RR against Human IL-7Ra/CD127 were performed. The affinity constant is 4.57 nM.

Hintergrundinformationen

CD127, also known as IL-7R subunit alpha (IL-7RA), is a type I membrane glycoprotein expressed on thymocytes, B cell precursors, most T cells, and some lymphoid and myeloid cells. IL-7R is a heterodimer composed of CD127 and the common-γ chain receptor (CD132). IL-7R plays critical roles in lymphocyte development and homeostasis. CD127 can also act as a receptor for thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP).
