  WB analysis of human plasma using 55169-1-AP

  human plasma were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55169-1-AP (IL11 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night.

• 

  WB analysis using 55169-1-AP

  rat plasma were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55169-1-AP (IL-11 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

IL-11 has significant effects on hematopoietic cells. It can stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of megakaryocytes, which are the precursors of platelets. This action helps in the regulation of platelet production.
