  WB analysis using 18810-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 18810-1-AP (INO80 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

INO80 worked well at 1:5000 in our western blots of nuclear extracts from rodent pancreatic beta cells. 1-2ug of antibody was enough for IP reactions. Seems to work in IHC-paraffin of rodent pancreatic tissue although we are currently optimizing conditions.
