  WB analysis of mouse spleen using 15141-1-AP

  mouse spleen tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15141-1-AP (INPP5B antibody) at dilution of 1:200 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

INPP5B(Type II inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate 5-phosphatase) is also named as OCRL2,5PTase, 75 kDa inositol polyphosphate-5-phosphatase and belongs to the inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate 5-phosphatase type II family. This protein, originally described in platelets, is one of at least three known enzymes capable of dephosphorylating inositol-1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3) to inositol-1,4-bisphosphate (IP2)(PMID:8125013). It has 4 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
